CLASS FEES AND STUDIO POLICIES (please read and sign)

Classes run monthly, we do not pro-rate or refund for missed classes or for months with less than or more than four weeks and holidays.  A make up class is available for missed classes and shorter months when four weeks are not available.  Make ups must be done within two weeks of the missed class or the credit is forfeited.  Class fees are due by the 1st of each month.  Class fees received after the 5th of the month will be assessed a $20.00 late charge, no exceptions.  If classes are not paid for up front students may be asked to sit out of the class until the account is rectified. Class size is limited, accounts that are in negative standing are subject to losing their spot in class.   Dance EFX and its teachers are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while involved with studio activities.  By signing this you are waiving all rights to hold Dance EFX or its staff accountable for injury.  You are also acknowledging that dance (hip hop, break, acro, etc…) is a physical and strenuous activity and that you or your child is in adequate health to participate.  Please note also that sideline parenting, negative attitudes, and general studio “drama” will not be tolerated.  We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.  ZUMBA is $35.00/month or $5.00 a drop.
